Terms And Conditions

a) Individual participation is allowed in the competition, although participation in teams is also welcome. However, the maximum number of members allowed per team is Seven (7). If the participant wants to represent his organization, the entry will still be treated as an individual entry from the participant only.

b) No representation of the participation by any other individual is allowed during the whole process.

c) Participants will need to produce valid photo identity at each stage or as requested by the CHATUR IDEAS.

d) All time lines provided shall be adhered by the participants failing which; their participation may be rejected at the discretion of CHATUR IDEAS.

e) Participants should be open to media exposure to their business idea.

f) There is no restriction on the number of entries that the participant can enter till the end of Registration Phase.

Post the last date

a) The participant will have to relinquish all other personal entries made by him and will have to choose one entry which he wants to represent.

b) All entries will be shared with the investors and mentors associated with CHATUR IDEAS

ENTRY FEES : No entry fee is payable for participation.

REGISTRATION : Registrations and entry submission for the contest shall be accepted online through the website www.chaturideas.com

a) Each registration / participation is represented by a unique email address during the entire campaign.

b) Incomplete registrations will be rejected without accounting for any reason.

c) All rights are reserved with CHATUR IDEAS to cancel, withdraw, extend or amend the terms of the Contest, venue, selection procedure, rule or regulation without prior intimation and at sole discretion of Chatur Ideas. d) CHATUR IDEAS reserves all rights to modify or terminate the content for any reason, without prior notice, without liability to you or any other members or third party. We also reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Participants agree to regularly view the website www.chaturideas.com to keep them apprised of any such changes.

e) CHATUR IDEAS shall not be obliged to entertain queries, claims or complaints in or in relation to the contest.

f) CHATUR IDEAS will not be responsible for any entry file not opening at their end.

g) CHATUR IDEAS shall not have any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever incurred (whether directly or indirectly) by any participant in consequence of any cancellation, change, postponement or amendment of the contest.

h) CHATUR IDEAS shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage (all direct, indirect, incidental and consequential) of whatsoever nature and kind caused to the participants in the contest. Participation in the contest is totally the participant(s) prerogative.

i) The decision of CHATUR IDEAS will be final and binding on all participants.

j) All rights and intellectual property rights including the rights of reproduction, publishing, broadcasting, translating, modifying and manufacturing etc for all entries are reserved by CHATUR IDEAS. All intellectual property (IP) rights to the business idea and plan reside with the applicant as given in the form. Any conflict / claim from some other person on the IP, will be the applicant's responsibility, CHATUR IDEAS will not be responsible or entertain any claim.

k) Applicant, by sending an application, agrees that he / she will present his / her business idea and plan to CHATUR IDEAS and is open to share his/her idea on with mentors and investors associated with CHATUR IDEAS.

l) It will be CHATUR IDEAS endeavor to keep the ideas amongst the mentors and investors but due to whatsoever reasons, if the business idea reaches any other party, person, etc, CHATUR IDEAS claims no responsibility and liability for the same.

m) The contest can make the participants travel within the participating city and/or to any other city for the purpose of participation and/or felicitation ceremony. All Travel, Lodging & Boarding (TLB) and other miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the participant himself. It is on sole discretion of CHATUR IDEAS whether they want to bear any such expense and no requests will be entertained on this account.

n) Participants are not entitled to any compensation for work performed or reimbursement for any costs.

o) All winners will be intimated on the website www.chaturideas.com.

p) CHATUR IDEAS will NOT be responsible for any missing information, miscommunication, wrong information being passed on to the participant. Any such incidence will be coincidental and shall not make CHATUR IDEAS responsible for any claim.

q) The evaluation of all business ideas will be undertaken by CHATUR IDEAS in consultation with venture capitalists/financiers, mentors and team associated with CHATUR IDEAS.

r) Visitors are aware and understand that CHATUR IDEAS does not provide any judgment or warranty regarding the authenticity or correctness of the content of other services or sites that the screen links refer to.

s) CHATUR IDEAS reserves its right to monitor the use of all or any part of its service without any prior intimation or any obligation to the user.

t) CHATUR IDEAS will hold stake in the business ideas and or be on a profit sharing model.

u) CHATUR IDEAS is in no way responsible to any loss/damage, etc to any business idea or any person.

v) CHATUR IDEAS will provide seed capital of Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten lakh only) to the winner of the business idea through investor/s. The winner will be given a chance to raise more money from the investors. CHATUR IDEAS will provide a stake to the investor/s in the winning business idea for the seed capital provided. CHATUR IDEAS will also hold a stake and or be on a profit sharing model in the winning business idea for the efforts put in.

w) There will no liability on the mentors for the advice or guidance rendered. Chatur Ideas holds no liability for the information published, discussed on the platform of Chatur Ideas. The intention is to help entrepreneurs succeed, hence any loss/damage will be co-incidental only.

x) By registering for this competition, it shall be deemed that each individual of the participating team has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions

Confidentiality

By electing to participate in CHATUR IDEAS, each participating team and all of its team members agree to allow CHATUR IDEAS to use their names, images and information regarding the team's business, and prize information in publicity and marketing efforts throughout the world, unless specifically prohibited by law. However, we will not display the participant's ideas on our website (unless specified by the participant post the semi-final round) for the general public to view. Each participating team must agree to accept that their registration form and other entries will not be returned to them, and accept that their personal data will be available for information and statistical purposes.

Intellectual Property

The participating team represents that Intellectual Property in the Business Plan does not infringe upon the intellectual property or any other legal or moral right of any person or entity.

Force Majeure

Chatur Ideas nor the participants will be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond the party's reasonable control.
