Famed automobile manufacturer Henry Ford was born on July 30, 1863.Henry Ford created the Ford Model T car in 1908 and went on to develop the assembly line mode of production, which revolutionized the industry. As a result, Ford sold millions of cars and became a world-famous company head. Due to Ford's invention America recovered its loses during the time of WWI as his cars brought a huge economy to the company.
Ford's father was a farmer but he does not had any interest in farming so at the age of 16 years he left his home to take an apprenticeship as a machinist in Detroit.And as a result was learnt all the tactics related to the mechanism of a car and hence the evolution took place.
He was hugely progressive and forward-thinking in many ways. For example, he hired African-Americans, women and disabled people long before most other business owners did so, and was passionately committed to the principle of paying good wages to hire and keep the best employees. He was a relentless technological innovator, based on his commitment to creating “the best possible goods at the lowest possible price.”
